Panchayats played a major role in the implementation of administration and also justice in ancient India, and our history tells us that Grama Panchayats were the bedrocks for any development activity. Speaking about Grama Swaraj, Gandhiji said, "our native ancient institution like Grama Panchayat should be revived. Ours is a country of selfruled institutions". Huyen Tsang of China, the famous traveller of 18th century, wrote highly appreciating our Panchayat Raj System and several historians wrote books analysing this ancient system. But, with the coming of Britishers, this system of decentralisation had been rooted out. Women are not to be treated as weaker segment of society or passive beneficiaries. To improve the status of women and for allround development of society, it is necessary to harness the full potential of the silent half. Women should be involved at all level in planning, decision making, policy framing and in the implementation of all developmental programmes. Reservation for women in government and in parliamentary process is essential to enable them to influence gender sensitive local planning and implementation. Because of the many facilities, provided, new breed of women politicians in India's small towns is coming up and they become a political force to reckon with in the years to come. They are educated and some favour to be active in public life. Increasing number of these enlightened women, who are articulate and active for making women greater participants in politics. Passage of the Bill is a formality but bringing about awareness is more essential. Hardcover. Condición: New. Language: English. My aim is to present the history, origin, technique and basic principles underlying the dance forms of Andhra Pradesh. A study of the art, architecture and literature through the ages reveals that the art of dance flourished and occupied a special place in the evolution of Andhra Culture. "Andhri" style referred to by Bharata in his Natyassastra relates to Telgu Land. Popularity of Compositions of Kshetrayya, Narayana Tundha, and others richly contributed to the enrichment of various styles. Madhura Bhakti of Atma was a popular theme in the remote past and was replaced by Sringararasa later on through the popularity of Satyabhama and NayakaNayaki Bhava. Now there is world wide interest on account of the Lasya and Abhinaya of these forms. Several regional forms of dance, dance dramas, folk dances, classical dances and various other forms existed for centuries in Andhra Desa, as an essential part of sacred rites and festivals patronized by the royalty, practiced by the artists and appreciated by the elite of society, as well as commoners. Taschenbuch. Condición: Neu. nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - The Book entitled DC Electrical Properties of Mg Substituted NiCuZn ferrites mainly deals with the investigations carried out on electrical properties such as viz., electrical conductivity. Microstructural studies with the help of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) revealed uniform grain structure. The dc electrical conductivity ( dc) reveals that the ferrite samples have conductivities varying from 10-6 to 10-9 ohm-1cm-1. This shows that they are fairly resistive. The temperature variation of dc conductivity shows that there are three temperature regions having different types of conduction.…

Taschenbuch. Condición: Neu. nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - In the present investigation Dielectric studies of Magnesium Substituted NiCuZn Ferrites for microinductor applications concludes that the following are observed The dielectric studies revealed that the magnitudes of dielectric constant at low frequencies are very high in all the samples. They also showed dispersion behaviour. From the present studies it is concluded that the samples having low resistivity show high dielectric constant and high loss factor and converse is true in other cases. The loss factor studies revealed that there are dielectric relaxations in the studied in the present work. They are attributed to the presence of copper ion which is available in multiple valence states.…

Taschenbuch. Condición: Neu. nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - The main objective of this study was to predict the sustainability of low cost airlines and to identify the future growth options for Low Cost Carriers. For this purpose, the research focused on the global low cost airline industry with regards to their macro environment, business models, competitive stance, and industry life cycle. Industry specialists and consumers both believe that LCC s have benefited the industry by providing low fares and made air travel affordable. However both set of respondents also agree on the need for focus on CRM as a means for being sustainable. The research provided insight on the future opportunities and challenges in each of these regional markets along with the several future industry success and survival factors. The research concludes with two recommendations for LCC s in terms of their future strategy development either reinvigorate their low cost differentiation strategy or innovate to gain a first mover advantage.…
