The gaps, contradictions and uncertainties of constitutional regulation are noted, which are largely due to the influence of narrow egoistic group and even personal interests on the content of constitutional provisions. The final conclusion: the need for the speedy reform of the 2015 reformed Constitution of the Republic of Armenia does not cause any doubts. The book is intended for political scientists and legal researchers, as well as practitioners in the field of politics and law. 52 pp. Englisch.

Es werden die Lücken, Widersprüche und Unsicherheiten der verfassungsrechtlichen Regelung aufgezeigt, die größtenteils auf den Einfluss enger egoistischer Gruppen- und sogar persönlicher Interessen auf den Inhalt der verfassungsrechtlichen Vorschriften zurückzuführen sind. Abschließend lässt sich sagen, dass die Notwendigkeit einer raschen Reform der 2015 reformierten Verfassung der Republik Armenien nicht in Frage gestellt wird.
