Robert B. Presley was a California State Senator from 1975-1994. The contents consist of the winning photos in each of the four categories - Class A (children and babies) , Class B (sports, animals, etc) , Class C (scenes and still life) and Class D (informal portraits of adults) and the contestants, listed by city. The Chairman of the board of judges was Mrs. Calvin Coolidge and the judges were Amelia Earhart, Capt. Albert W. Stevens, George Henry High and Kenneth Wilson Williams. Earhart disappeared while on her circumnavigational flight the following year. GOOD/--, covers a bit soiled and discolored.
