The book is in good to good plus condition with some wear and soiling to the covers and wear along the edges and corners. There are approximately thirty pages with pink highlighting. None of the pages are heavily highlighted- each affected page has a few names and details highlighted, mostly people and events involving Schoharie County. Tightly bound, all-in-all a good copy of a hard to find book. ; The book contains a historical overview of Butler's role in the Mohawk Valley, a history of the corps, muster dates and strengths of the Rangers and an annotated alphabetical roll. Smy also provides an extensive bibliography and reference sources.
