It is more and more complicated after completely becoming an armed conflict area. Both the organic and applied intellectuals are away from the contradiction between colonialisation and decolonisation processes or between redesigning and re invention of the constitution. The main non state actors of conflict are the youths of the state. Therefore in order to highlight their aspirations based on reality for managing or resolving the conflict the vexed problems of the state are worth studying. The genesis of political violence is absence of democratic politics within the democratic institution. However the suppression and the political accommodation to deal with such political violence made more confusion.
