Niemöllers (1892-1984), gegen deren massive Verbreitung dieser vor Gericht klagte (s. "Der Spiegel', Nr.21/1960, S.16). Ausgangspunkt der Broschüre war Niemöllers Aufsehen erregende Kasseler Rede als Kirchenpräsident im Januar 1959. Im Rahmen einer 'Christen gegen den Atomtod'-Veranstaltung hatte er - lt.
