Original price on the back: $5.00. Interior is clean and unmarked, save for inscription and signature from award-winning playwright, John Guare: "Dearest Arlene.Happiest of Christmases '89. Love, JOHN GUARE." Guare is the award-winning author of several dramas, including "Six Degrees of Separation," which was adapted for film in 1993 (starring Stockard Channing, Will Smith & Donald Sutherland) after its smash Broadway run. Index of titles and first lines included. O'Hara was a writer, poet, art critic and curator who died in 1966 at age 40. This is a one-of-a-kind copy in great shape. Size: Octavo.
