Front pastedown has previous owner's name and something written in blue pencil. Rear pastedown has the phrase " Wishbone were backbone" written in pencil. This was a reference to page 55 which has a single line underlined in pencil which reads " Some people have more wishbone than backbone". There's a lot of truth in that statement.
