Under this background the book has written to study the effect of weather parameters on rice yield in several ways at district level. Kharif rice, the principal food grain of Nadia district is selected as study materials.To study a versatile crop-weather relationship and to establish the effect of climatic variables on crop yield we deal with different problems. Variety of models was developed for this purpose and those models were utilized to forecast yield. Depending on the requirement of those models given requirement was also changed according to need basis. 104 pp. Englisch.
