This is a fictious account of the operations of a RAAF Beaufighter squadron flying over mountanious, unfriendly country, on oversea missions against shipping and living in conditions that had none of the comforts of home. Although a novel its dedication "To the boys of New Guinea Beaufighter Squadron who made this book possible" suggests that it is an accurate portrayal. 255 pages, blue hard covers with black front border/spine titles VG with light soiling to front, spine sunned also partially on back board, light wear lower edges, spine base.
