Jugendliche, die Drogen nehmen, wollte niemand haben; die Freizeitheime warfen sie hinaus, die "à ffentliche Erziehung" nahm sie nicht auf, und die therapeutischen Angebote waren nicht auf sie ausgerichtet. Seit dem neuen KJHG, das i…n § 35a auch für solche Jugendliche eine Finanzierung erà ffnet, wurden sie für Jugendhilfe und Therapeuten so interessant, dass man heute sogar spezielle Kongresse über diese Thematik veranstalten kann. "Drogen in der Heimerziehung" beschreibt aus der Perspektive eines kompetenten wissenschaftlichen Beobachters eines der ersten "akzeptierenden" Projekte eines groÃen Jugendhilfeträgers, der gezielt mit solchen Jugendlichen arbeiten wollte. Das zweifache Scheitern dieses Versuchs, die spätere Geschichte der beteiligten Jugendlichen und der Vergleich mit positiveren Beispielen aus der "normalen" Heimarbeit dieses Trägers bieten einen guten Einblick in die besondere Drogensituation solcher Jugendlicher und die Hilflosigkeit ihrer hierauf nicht vorbereiteten sozialpädagogischen Helfer. Der Bericht ist praxisnah geschrieben; er lässt Jugendliche und Mitarbeiter ausführlich zu Wort kommen. Seine "Theorie" wird in einem besonderen Einleitungskapital leicht verständlich zusammengefasst. Ziel der Autoren ist es, das Anliegen und die besondere Lage solcher "drogengefährdeter" Jugendlicher allen denen nahezubringen, die als Professionelle mit ihnen arbeiten oder die als Studierende zukünftig mit solchen Jugendlichen arbeiten wollen, um mit diesem Beispiel zugleich auch einige Grundprobleme sozialer Arbeit mit derart problematischen Jugendlichen anzusprechen.

From there it developed into a legal witch persecution that realized the early European witch model from the village witch to the mass persecutions to the late child witches.The third part describes how witch persecutions slowly became less important towards the end of the 17th century as a general witchcraft 'politics' game in the transition from a confessional state to a (court) 'civil service' state.
