During recent years there have been many new developments in farming. These developments necessitate an increased emphasis on numerous phases of farm mechanics and the addition of a number of other phases or areas of training in farm mechanics. The care, maintenance and repair of farm machinery, trucks and tractors, and the construction of labor-saving equipment have become important activities on American farms. They have produced a need for training in oxyacetylene welding and electric arc welding. Farm mechanics activities in connection with soil and water management are also becoming more important. A book that has been read but is in good condition. Very minimal damage to the cover including scuff marks, but no holes or tears. Average used book with all pages present.
