The first section is titled "Windmills in the Light of Modern Research". 27 pages. The next is titled "Landing Characteristics of an Autogiro". 9 pages. Section 3 is titled "Performance of Rotating-Wing Aircraft". 28 pages. Each section is followed by multiple figures and tables. The entire volume, with original covers, has a later library binding. Gutters at front and back reinforced with white cloth. Two library stamps and some writing in pen on the front free endpaper. Pages within are clean and free of foreign markings. Light rubbing to covers. Comes from a large collection of technical memorandums from the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics before the committee was abolished upon creation of NASA in 1958.
