Paperback. Condición: New. Print on Demand. This book illuminates the origins of the Ossalois people, the inhabitants of the Ossau Valley in southwestern France. Through a rigorous examination of local dialects, the author demonstrates that the Ossalois are descendants of inhabitants from the plains who migrated to the valley in ancient times, likely as refugees fleeing Norman invasions. The author weaves together linguistic and historical evidence to support this theory, broadening our understanding of the complex population shifts that have shaped the region. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.…

soft cover. Condición: very good. first edition. In-8° broché, 40 pages - Articles originaux : Notre tâche. - Points de vue économiques ("Maison X*** frères). - La fonction royale. - Sur un projet de paix sociale. - Ivanowitch.
