Parsons titled "The Navy-Yard At Brooklyn, New York, June 1861" -- Page 459 is a full page engraving by M. Biard titled "The Pirates" -- Page 460 has a full page engraving titled "Balloon View Of The Seat Of War" -- Many other engravings and articles related to events occurring at the time -- We store and ship each Harper's Weekly issue in a large zip lock plastic sleeve with a board insert for stiffness.
