In session-1, simple Verilog program is simulated and then tested on Coolrunner-II board. In this session the controller three outside world input which are Clock (CLK), Reset (RESET), Pedestrian (PED) and three output which are Red light (RED), Amber light (AMBER), Green light (GREEN).In session-2, some modifications are done on Verilog program used in session-1 and then again simulated and tested on Coolrunner-II board. In this session the controller 7 segment displays is used to see changes in pelstate, while running modified Verilog program on Coolrunner-II board and Carsensor outside world input has been introduced in modified Verilog program. In this modified Verilog program, number of pelstate has been increased.This laboratory session provides a good opportunity to learn Xilinx ISE Design Suit software and introduce to Coolrunner-II board.…

This project is all about controlling all parameters (temperature, pressure, humidity) using sensors, fans, thermistors through embedded circuit.As observed from previous work, high end microPIC (PIC18 series) although it has many functionality and large program memory size, it is hard to control all sensors, fans, thermistor using 1 PIC1866K80, So in this project mid-range PIC (PIC16 series) are used to control sensors, fans and thermistors.In this project, temperature, humidity, pressure sensors are controlled by different microcontrollers and taking their reading to manage the performance of PWM fans and thermistors inside the chamber. These components are very important to configure and monitor the atmospheric condition inside the chamber.This project focuses on the use of PIC16 family microcontrollers to be programmed in C language or in assembly to control all sensors, fans and thermistor and build PCB layout.In this project, Rs-232 or Com port will be used as an interface to control the PIC16 microcontroller instruction and procedure through computer.…

In this project investigation of effect of anti-windup C code on drive performance is done. The flexible board has microcontroller, current sensor and H-bridge circuit on it which will be used to supply voltage to PMDC motor. As a PMDC motor, DC motor rig is used which has two identical DC motor coupled together and one motor have encoder fitted on it and other motor have tacho-generator fitted on it.…
