This edition comprises 19 maps and plans, all present and correctly folded except that sadly, pages 3 to 17 have become detached, including a map of Bath. There are 96 additional pages of fascinating advertisements. There is bumping to the covers and the spine is darkened by sunlight. The binding and overall condition is very good for its age.

The book is in good condition but spoiled by water damage to the cover. It is perfectly serviceable but externally very visibly cosmetically compromised.
