Pages 115 to 120, a tear with lack to right margin not touching text. Caspar Manz (1606-1677) jurisconsult and collaborator of the Duke of Bavaria, professor at Ingolstadt, wrote this treatise of defense against tributes and war debts that were ruining peoples and states.
