Paperback. Condición: new. Paperback. Bi- Racial? Just call me a mutt and let's end racism is a book written to explain how and why NO ON is BI-RACIAL but multiethnic. It's a book about the years of observation from my professional experience in law, as a life coach, work in social justice, being raised in Kenya, in boarding sch…ool, where you have nothing but time to reflect on the "whys" of life. In another book I wrote called Your Extraordinary, The 5f's digs deeper into more of the why's of life I have pondered, but this is a reflection of the sheer bombastic effect of this 4 or 6 letter word race/racism. We have a moral and ethical responsibility to address this issue because it is so divisive in our culture today. We have somehow started using a word that defines ethnic groups as a colour palette. Black is not a race but a colour as is white. There is no such thing as two races, but 2 or more ethnic groups. Yes, these things make me mad as you can tell. But we can only affect change if we are willing to have conversations about it. I have experienced all that's in this book firsthand. We villainize each other based on this 'race' issue, and most interestingly it's something not one of us can change about ourselves, so it does seem like we have ascended into madness when so much of what feeds our sense of wellbeing, mental and physical health is revolving around societal demands on this point of 'race". If we simply stop using that word, we can begin to change the narrative and deal with the real issues. Because the colour of our skin can't really be the issue when none of us can change it, so then let's get over our own insecurities about it and get on with life. This item is printed on demand. Paperback. Condición: new. Paperback. This book is about finding your extraordinary. It is my belief that we are all meant to bring something unique to this one life we get. Some know from a young age what that looks like, but a lot of people don't. This is for the ones that don't. The concept is that in order for you to find yo…ur extraordinary, it takes 5 core parts of our life synchronizing in order for us to get rhythm and to get trajectory to be extraordinary. For each of us that is different. This is not about fame or fortune but rather purpose and excelling in that purpose, I hope this enriches your life in a way that you will never be the same because once you know what that extraordinary is, you will never settle for less from yourself, from your work, your friends, family, your mate.
