Exterior shows minor scuffing and soiling though the edges and corners show bumps/wear. Spine edges are a bit frayed with the top edge having a small tear measuring less than 1/2 inch along with a small chip. The internal binding is good with the exception of the front hinge which has an opening starting that measures about 1 inch. There is a bit of pulling at page 112/113 where one of the paper tabs are present. No signatures or bookplates, no library markings, no handwriting found. Pages are toned due to age but are clean except for some minor spotting and foxing.
