Biography of Methodist Reverend James Quinn (1775-1847) who earned his license to preach in 1799 and, in his first several years, ministered in western Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh, Erie) and Winchester, Virginia (1802) but spent the majority of his career in various posts-circuits in eastern and southern Ohio including Cincinnati, Chillicothe, Zanesville Station, Fairfield, Hillsborough, Wilmington, etc.
