Text pages have sporadic light foxing. The paper binding has some tears and chips on the spine near the bottom and some roughening of the paper about 2" from the top of the spine on the front cover. Fore edge is deckled. Corners are largely sharp, but the front bottom has some 'coming away of some of the paper from the board. The hinges seem solid but when you open the book to pages 84 and 85 and 52 and 53, the webbing is discernible. These are not cracks, per say, but these sections should be handled carefully.
