This second part of the second revised edition (I-Z) was the first to be published in 1976, while Volume I covering A-H was first published in 1980; it was followed by a third volume, containing the addenda and supplementary materials.

Col. Charles Oliver Fikes (1935-2020), who served in the U.S. Air Force for 22 years, at first as an aviation cadet in B-47s at Chennault AFB in 1955, and later as a B-52 pilot. He retired as a Lt. Colonel, and began a career with Eastern Airlines. He retired from Eastern in 1985. ; nick in dustjacket, else FINE/FINE. Book.
