It has been referred to as "Boston Stump" since it was constructed. The church has one of the tallest medieval towers in the country, with a height of approximately 266 feet 9 inches (81.31m). It was long used as a landmark for the Lincolnshire fishermen; on a clear day it can be seen from Norfolk. The original portfolio envelope the prints came in is fanned on the bottom corner and moderately damp-stained otherwise this is a very good set of important early Canadian sketches.
