SIGNED by illustrator in blue ink on 'limited' page at rear. A classic work. Tan spine cloth is sunned with gently frayed crown and tail. A tiny chip at cen…ter of spine cloth, not impacting text. Rear book board has a slight abrasion, approx. 3/4". Volume is tight and clean with a prev. owner bookplate on front paste-down, that does not detract. Slipcase has splits at top and partly at bottom, but still quite tight overall. Sunned paper title on slipcase. Shadows of old tape repair at both board edges of slipcase/ (actual tape is non-existing now). Slipcase has done its job, protecting the volume, which is lovely.
