Añadir al carritoPaperback. Condición: New. Print on Demand. This book is a powerful and evocative collection of poems that explores the diverse experiences of humanity through the lens of the natural world. The author draws inspiration from mythology, history, and the landscapes of the American Midwest and Western Canada, crafting verses that are at once deeply personal and universally resonant. Themes of love, loss, and the search for meaning in a world both beautiful and often cruel permeate the collection. With its rich imagery, evocative language, and profound insights into the human condition, this book offers readers a profoundly moving and thought-provoking exploration of our place in the natural world and the enduring power of the human spirit. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.

Añadir al carritoPaperback. Condición: Good. THERE ARE NO TARIFFS OR CUSTOMS DUTIES ON BOOKS. This book creates a unique 'map of consciousness' for the reader and uses that map to adroitly navigate the aspects of the multi-self. "The Mission of the One Star" conveys more of a process than an idea. The reader is invited on a journey that begins with a concise description of the levels of consciousness in a 12 dimensional universe. For most people, it is difficult to imagine anything beyond 3 dimensions, but the book emphasizes how people must learn to become aware of the 4th and 5th dimensions. Once aware, the people of this day and age must learn to integrate those multi-dimensional aspects of themselves. Any explorer of other worlds needs a guide that they can trust and rely on. Such a guide is not always easy to find - so Alloya presents many guides, all part of the self. She presents guides that range from a part of the body to a form of consciousness in the universe. One of the most uplifting guests is that of a future Gaian who describes the Eden-like reality of the near future for those who are ready and how the process of transforming Earth to Heaven is up to the individual. Each guest resonates with a different aspect of the self that needs to be healed. The book is not merely a collection of interesting opinions, and 'strange theories of light and matter', it is also a manual for elevating the consciousness out of the misery of separated 3D existence and into the bliss of the higher dimensions. There are many exercises described which the reader can try immediately and gauge the results. The effects are tremendous and quite noticeable. The idea that, 'you create your own reality', has never been so attainable.

Añadir al carritoHardback. Condición: New. Social enterprise and third sector activity have expanded into a prolific area of academic research and discourses over the past twenty years, with many claiming their origins rooted in Blair, New Labour and Giddens' "Third Way". But many academic contributions lack the experience of policy implementation and do not access the wealth of grey, legacy and public policy literature from earlier periods that support different interpretations. Since most make few references to developments during the 1970s and 1980s, their narrow focus on New Labour from 1997 onwards not only neglects real antecedents, but miscasts the role of social enterprise.During a key political period from 1998 to 2002, Blair's New Labour Governments forced through a major conceptual shift for social enterprise, co-operative and third sector activity. Many structures, formed as community responses to massive deindustrialisation in the 1970s and 1980s, were repositioned to bid against the private sector to obtain contracts for delivery of low cost public services. Based on previously unseen archival materials and interviews with key players between 1998 and 2002, when major social enterprise and third sector policy changes occurred, Huckfield offers an alternative narrative of social enterprise in the UK, showing how local communities have been denied the restoration of local economic and social democracy.
