This booklet summarizes the life of Jay Partridge who was born in Ohio in 1881 and lived until 1977. The booklet provides background on his family, his early teaching in Michigan, his experience as a local preacher, and then his move to Butte County in Northern California where he began teaching in 1918. He became the county superintendent of schools where he served with distinction.
