The cover is worn, has some creases, and has tiny rips at the top and bottom edges of the front hinge that have been carefully repaired to prevent them from growing. The first and second to last blank pages have been partially clipped and the last blank page has been affixed to the rear cover and is partially torn. Neither of these issues affect the readability or functionality of the book. Otherwise, the interior is actually in nice shape.
