Contemporary full calf leather binding but with spine leather perished leaving quires exposed lengthwise; front and rear boards very tenuously attached with some surface peeling to leather and worn edges. Toning and foxing throughout. Text block binding remains firm. Sold as is and needs to be re-backed if not re-cased. Preface (pages iii-v) and brief intro (pages vii-viii) in English; majority of interior text in Latin with opening arguments (i.e. commentaries) and footnotes in English and some scattered Greek.
