Añadir al carritoSoft cover. Condición: Very Good. vintage copy of the 1979 General Dynamics F-16 fighter aircraft Technology Modernization Program Final Report Executive Summary binder. The report is illustrated and is 40 pages in length in its original spiral binder. Includes fold-out Electric Bench Work Center page. Measures 8 1/2" X 11". Overall the condition is quite good for its age - one comb is loose at top. "The General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon is an American single-engine multirole fighter aircraft originally developed by General Dynamics for the United States Air Force (USAF). Designed as an air superiority day fighter, it evolved into a successful all-weather multirole aircraft. Over 4,600 aircraft have been built since production was approved in 1976. Although no longer being purchased by the U.S. Air Force, improved versions are being built for export customers. In 1993, General Dynamics sold its aircraft manufacturing business to the Lockheed Corporation, which in turn became part of Lockheed Martin after a 1995 merger with Martin Marietta.".

Añadir al carritoSoftcover. Condición: Fine. 8" x 10" glossy black and white silver gelatin print with 1/2" white border. With Convair stamp and ID number on verso. The Convair 880 is a retired American narrow-body jet airliner produced by the Convair division of General Dynamics. It was designed to compete with the Boeing 707 and Douglas DC-8 by being smaller but faster, a niche that failed to create demand. When it was first introduced, some in aviation circles claimed that at 615 mph (990 km/h), it was the fastest jet transport in the world. Only 65 Convair 880s were produced over the lifetime of the production run from 1959 to 1962, and General Dynamics eventually withdrew from the airliner market after considering the 880 project a failure. The Convair 990 Coronado was a stretched and faster variant of the 880.
