Añadir al carritoHardcover. Condición: Poor. ] Hardback, squarish quarto, appx 9 x 9 3/4 inches, Poor condition. Some missing elements, but as a hardback it will be easy to shelve and easy to access (and for a similarly rebound book I have listed here, search title: David Hicks Taste). Ex-library and rebound as sturdy hardback by library in brown cloth with white spine titling and call number. Three of the printed plastic sheets are taped-in at the gutter (Weiner, Fulton & Barry). The Kaltenbach printed plastic sheet had been taped in but is missing, as are the errata sheet and list of films. Original f&b covers are absent and one of my photos shows where 2 consecutive leaves (so 4 pages affected) each have a b&w photo snipped out (an appx 4x5 inch oblong lower corner (size exaggerated by my photo) & an appx 3x3 inch square in the middle of the next page). International order will require additional shipping charges. RWR5 Art Sculpture Photography Design.

Venezia, Palazzo Ca' Corner della Regina, 6 Luglio - 25 Novembre 2012. First edition 2012. Edited by Germano Celant. English text. Milano, 201; hardback, pp. 340, 800 b/w col. ill., cm 24x28. The Small Utopia. Ars Multiplicata, curated by Germano Celant, analyzes the dream, handed down from the historic avant-gardes to the artists of today, of achieving the democratic dissemination of art through a multiplication of the work of art as object, in order to favor a different perception and use of it from the aesthetic and social standpoint. Covering a period of 75 years, from the beginning of the 20th century to 1975, the exhibition documents with over six hundred works, including multiples and editions, the transformation of the idea of uniqueness in art and in its perception, through the multiplication not just of the objects themselves but also of the different means used for its distribution, from artist's books to magazines and from experimental cinema to radio. An adventure in which all the principal movements became caught up, from Italian futurism to the Bauhaus, from neoplasticism to dada and surrealism, from nouveau réalisme to Optical and Fluxus, culminating in the explosion in multiplication triggered by pop art, promoter of a genuine "supermarket" of the art object, translated into book, magazine, can, film, clothing, record, dish, furniture, toy and many other forms.
