A c. 1909 edition from Rand McNally, the hardcover book has green textured cloth-over-boards with red & gilt design & lettering to front & spine, paper pastedown to front cover, which shows heavy edgewear & chipping. Condition overall is Good-: stitched binding is secure, but somewhat shaky. About 10 pages have some crayon scribbling, else unmarked. Random soiled spots throughout. Heavy rubbing to extremities & bumped corners.
