The B.S. in Nutrition from the American Holistic College of Nutrition was earned from Clayton College of Natural Health, Birmingham, AL, where she earned the Ph.D in Nutrition. She has been a member of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants since, and is a Washington State Certified Nutritionist and Educator. Erickson is a 2008, 2009 V.I.P. member of Cambridge Who's Who for Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs. In addition to careers in publishing, and teaching she has worked closely with many health care professionals for more than fifty years and is the author of seven books.
