Register (Die letzten beiden Blätter Register in einfacher KOPIE ergänzt) mit insgesamt 151 Tafeln (das sind die Tabellen 1-139, die Nummer 57 doppelt vergeben also 140 sowie Figuren 1-11, die fehlende doppelblattgroße Figur 12… in einfacher KOPIE ergänzt), davon sind 56 Tafeln einfach bzw. mehrfach gefaltet. Der Einband ist leicht aufgebogen, etwas berieben, an den Rändern und Ecken zum Teil durchgerieben. Das vordere Außengelenk ist am unteren Kapital ca. 2 cm gebrochen. Auf den Vorsätzen und der Rückseite der Tafel der Seite 180 befinden sich kleine Zeichnungen mit Tinte bzw. mit Bleistift des Vorbesitzers. Die Tafeln der Seiten 85 und 208 weisen einen Riss von ca. 10 cm auf. Das Frontispiz sowie die Tafel mit der Figur 11 lose. Die mehrfach gefalteten Tafeln weisen zum Teil leichte Randläsionen auf, etwas stärker sind diese bei den Tafeln der Seiten 156 und 196 sowie auf den Seiten 197-202. Die einzelnene Seiten sind schwankend minimal bis leicht braunfleckig.
