Heavy rubbing to cover corners, with boards exposed; cloth at upper and lower spine deteriorated and partially chipped away; 1"-2" split in cloth at upper and lower spine gutters. Spine sunned; tiny black spot stain at spine title. Prior owner name at upper front endpaper; another prior owner name in pencil on title page. Interior otherwise clean, tight, and solid.
