The front board has darkened rule lines, as are some of the letters. About a third of the back board is faded in a meandering fashion. Most of the boards' corners are threadbare. The front FEP has 1 1/2 in. marker line, perhaps over an owner's name. The top end of the text block has a 2 in. x 1/2 in., intermittent, light gray line. About half of the pages have water stain (some is faint) on one to three margins. About ten pages have a crease line on a corner or a chip. Ten pages have one or two dark stains on the bottom end of the page. Scans e-mailed upon request.
