Der zweite Teil beschreibt die Grundlagen behandlungsförderlicher Vollzugsgestaltung. Ferner wird gezeigt, wie Behandlung im Jugend- und Erwachsenenvollzug strukturiert sein kann und muß und wie sich dies zu den Ergebnissen der Wirksamkeitsstudien verhält. U.a. werden Trainingsmaßnahmen sowie kognitiv-behaviorale Behandlungsprogramme für Sexualstraftäter vorgestellt und die Bedeutung von Milieutherapie und Normalisierung für integrative Sozialtherapie analysiert.
