Of these, 5 face global extinction among them the Saker Falcon, and at least 3 plants and 2 reptiles only occur in Arabia. Details include species names, calendars when present or absent, status (globally, nationally, and in Dhahran), dimensions, and photographs. Also included is a checklist of birds, glossary, index, and list of further reading.
