Innen teilweise etwas fleckig, sonst gut. Insgesamt noch gut erhalten. Es geht um eine bergrechtliche Untersuchung der Eigenlöhner im sächsischen Bergrecht. Als älteste Form des gewerblich betriebenen Bergbaus waren die Bergbaubetreibenden Allein- oder Mitbesitzer, also eigene Lohnherren. Res Metallici gilt als altertümliche Bezeichnung für Bergbau, nämlich das, wo geschürft wird. Gustav Heinrich von Biedermann (Dresden 1789 - 1862 Forchheim) war sächsischer Jurist, später geadelt, Rittergutsbesitzer im Erzgebirge und Politiker, Canonicus des Stifts Wurzen. Hier seine Dissertation zum Abschluß seines Studiums in Leipzig 1807 - 1810.
