As you can see from the photographs the maroon covers are quite clean and have very little wear. There is a rounding of the front covers top right-hand corner. The one flaw I would bring to your attention is a good amount of dust spotting on the top page edge (there isn't any on the other two edges). It appears that this soiling has only managed to peek over the edge of the actual pages in 5-10 instances, just barely. The actual pages are otherwise very clean and very bright. They are in very good condition. There aren't any markings or attachments. And with the exception of the author's signed inscription, no one has written their name or anything else anywhere in the book. This book is very solidly bound, absolutely no issues in that regard.
