Taschenbuch. Condición: Neu. Neuware - Milton Joseph Batson has been writing poetry and prose since childhood. His philosophical approach adds an in-depth and thought provoking aspect to his works, providing a unique experience for his readers, drawn from the author's ongoing life voyage. The author's expressive, profound, and thought provoking words encompass a long successful life, steeped in an impressive variety of personal experiences from childhood to maturity through to his current eighty four years of age. The real life experiences Batson relays in his writings include many of the twists and turns we all face in this confused and darkening world. As a result, the reader can sense the reality and wisdom brought forth after close to a century of learning and comprehending the most important features in life. These aspects can be observed throughout this third book in his series, 'The Heart Of Milton, Patriots Needed To Save The American Way Of Life.' The author's writings and poetry encompass the notable feature of including sound workable solutions to many difficult negative issues our citizenry and nation are currently facing today if we simply exercise the intent of our nations Constitution, with its Rule Of Law. The book is divided into five very serious and informative sections, four of which discuss solutions to the current severe governmental breakdown occurring across America today, breakdowns severely exacerbating unprecedented confusion within our citizenry. The last section illustrates how loving parental guidance, mentoring, education, and love of Almighty God can lead to a lifetime of striving for excellence, providing an abundance of satisfaction when striving to achieve one's best. The sections are entitled, 'What Is America All About , What to Do, Destructive Trends, Positive Endeavors Are Needed,' and finally 'About The Author.' Milton Joseph BatsonThroughout Batson's civilian and military careers, he published books, developed unique inventions, initiated and managed numerous innovative and lasting programs that continue to contribute to society's improvement today, while sculpting, painting pictures, and composing poetry and prose. He significantly contributed to communities where he resided, remaining heavily involved promoting the advancement of Christianity, moral family values, and the welfare of surrounding communities. He provided sound mentoring for youth through teaching morally positive and caring family values, e.g. Christian Churches, Kiwanis International, Boy Scouts of America, Disabled American Veterans, and American Legion, with an ever-driving intent to improve his beloved country and this confused, needy world. Batson said, 'We must be forever practicing sound and historically proved positive actions, giving attention to what not to do by studying, understanding, and avoiding humankind's past historical mistakes. Following Almighty God' template for humankind's life would be an excellent start.'.…

Taschenbuch. Condición: Neu. Neuware - The author's expressive words are grouped into eight sections depicting examples of Gods Beauty and bounty; God's promises; God's gifts; God's wisdom, guidance, lessons learned; In gratitude; Questions, searching, answers; Love; and Inspiration. Milton included corresponding Bible verses on the title page of each section. Dates on each poem help chronicle his ongoing life experiences and increasing comprehension, which work hand in hand as someone grows in faith and spiritual exploration. He included sketches above a few of his poems, intended as pictorial puzzles paraphrasing portions of the poem. Through a profound and inspiring book of poetry and prose, the author shares the depths of God's love by revealing the intricacies of the facets of God's nature. With personal stories, revelation of God's heart, and glimpses of His beauty through nature, the author magnifies the wonder and majesty of a life lived with God by sharing his continuing increase in comprehension through the pages of The Heart of Milton, Poetic Prayer, Love, Inspiration - Book Two. The author's work is wonderfully and effectively organized, with the author's beautiful poetry and writings ordered according to theme and subject matter. This organization helps the collection of poetic works to have a natural and logical flow. Mr. Batson has been writing poetry and putting his thoughts on paper since he was a young child on his beloved islands of Eastport, Maine, and Campobello, Canada. This compilation traces the changes from childhood through present day and depicts his very heart, revealing innermost feelings and observations about life's lessons, adventures, joy, ardent hopes, trials and tribulations. His most ardent hope is that as he travels down life's numerous pathways the positive lessons learned will provide some illumination in a darkening world. Born in St. Stephens, New Brunswick, Mr. Batson was raised between Eastport, Maine, a small island community, where he enjoyed a Huckleberry Finn type lifestyle, roaming on frequent adventures with his best friend Paul Thompson, and Campobello Island, where his father was a friend of Theodore Roosevelt. Milton enjoys occasionally returning to Eastport for the Fourth of July celebration, which he says feels like going back to early 1900's America.…

Taschenbuch. Condición: Neu. Neuware - Milton Joseph Batson has been chronicling his life experiences in poetic form and reflections since childhood, brilliantly describing inner thoughts about faith and human emotions as he traces the changes from childhood through maturity, writing from the perspectives of both a child and an adult, traveling through the various seasons of life. In The Heart Of Milton, Poetry, Love, Reflection Book One, the author's inspiring and expressive words are grouped into seven heartwarming, revealing sections that cover Forever Love; Mother and father; Children; Other Loves; My Country; Thoughts And More; culminating with Prayer. Dates beneath the poems and reflections help chronical Milton's experiences, and increased understanding, which work hand-in-hand as someone grows in spiritual exploration, faith, and ability to better comprehend life's many twisty pathways. As a little thought-provoking addition, he drew sketches and placed them above a few corresponding poems intended as pictorial puzzles paraphrasing portions of the poem; and dated his literary works in descending chronological order by date, to enable the reader to visualize changes in thinking and literary ability throughout the aging process. Milton Joseph Batson began writing poems and stories at an early age. This is his first book of poetry and reflection. Growing up he lived in the small island community of Eastport, Maine, with its Huckleberry Finn-type activities, and his grandparent's home on Campobello Island Canada. Milton served in the US. Air Force's Space and Missile Program for twenty years, after earning a degree in Applied Science/Industrial Technology from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. He spent time bringing intercontinental ballistic missile silos to launch ready status in North Dakota and served at Vandenberg Air Force Base California in operational testing and preparing intercontinental ballistic missiles for test launches. After his U.S. Air Force career Milton worked twenty-one more years as a Disabled Veteran's Outreach Program specialist for the state of California, helping thousands of veterans transition back into civilian life, find jobs, and obtain other needed assistance through the federal Department of Veteran Affairs. He and his wife Panela live on the central coast of California, a stone's throw from the Pacific Ocean. They have seven children and twenty two and 4/5th grandchildren.…
