Short splitting to the front hinge but with some tearing to surface paper lengthwise; past owner's personal bookplate partially peeled from front pastedown; past owner's ink name stamp on front flyleaf; small peeled remnant of mostly removed newspaper clippings on front fly verso and frontis recto with associated toning; small blue ink scribble at bottom right corner of page 159 but with no other such markings readily apparent upon a quick perusal.
