Il catalogo della Pesaro riproduce fedelmente fino a pagina 36 la tiratura definitiva del catalogo di Como, compreso il peritesto con gli elenchi del «Comitato d'onore», della «commissione esecutiva», l'annuncio della curatela di Ecodamè e dell'inaugurazione di Marinetti, e infine la réclame del volume su «Sant'Elia e l'architettura futurista mondiale», che non verrà mai realizzato. Cambia in parte l'apparato iconografico, a cominciare dal fotoritratto di Sant'Elia, che qui è sostituito da una fotografia in divisa al campo militare, e due delle nove tavole: non compaiono qui le due della «Centrale elettrica», sostituite da «Altiforni» e «Casamento a gradinate con ascensori esterni dai quattro piani stradali».
