The book was reissued by Dillingham c.1902 with the author's name affixed; this first edition was issued anonymously. Allen also wrote under the name 'Sangree', and WorldCat cites a copy of this book under that name. perhaps the Sangree by-line was used on the cover of the wraps issue, but we have not confirmed this.
