Die Bestrebungen der Vereinigten Staaten, Australiens und Südafrikas, die Mongolen von der Einwanderung auszuschließen, ist natürlich das einfachste Mittel, die Bildung von Mischlingsbevölkerungen zu vermeiden. Russland denkt noch nicht daran, dieses Beispiel nachzuahmen, trotzdem bereits in Moskau, Petersburg und Warschau rasch anwachsende chinesische Kolonien bestehen, die mit der sibirischen Bahn nach Westen gekommen sind. Diese Vortruppen reichen bereits bis Berlin, wo jüngst eine kleine Kolonie chinesische Wäscher entstanden ist" / "Da in den letzten Jahrhunderten die weiße Rasse eine so starke Verbreitung erfahren hat wie keine andere, und die gelbe wieder eine stärkere als die schwarze, so könnte man wohl von einer Hebung der menschlichen Rasse sprechen, wenn wir Recht damit hätten, die Weißen als die höchstentwickelten anzusehen, denen dann die Gelben in der Rangordnung folgten, während die Schwarzen den Schluss machten.
