SAS and the development people at the airline have over time also influenced the aviation industry which this book also has documented. The book was originally published in Swedish as the Swedish Aviation Historical Society 2014 Yearbook and was in 2015 awarded the Aviation book of the year in Sweden. The English translation now published 23 February 2016 is aimed at the international aviation community.
