Le direttrici della prospettata riforma, tuttavia, si muovono su piani apparentemente divergenti, dal momento che, a fronte del dichiarato obiettivo di garantire l'occupazione delle fasce giovani della società, gli interventi finora esibiti sono stati tutti finalizzati ad introdurre elementi di vistosa "precarizzazione" nella fase di ingresso nel mondo del lavoro, laddove l'immaginato Jobs Act mira a riconoscere "tutele crescenti" per i nuovi assunti, con ciò ipotizzando, ovviamente, un livello più basso di esse nella fase iniziale del rapporto. Geographically its scope is unparalleled, covering as it does the clocks of Austria, Bohemia, China, Denmark, Egypt, England, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, Malta and the United States of America.
