In second place appears the topic concerning organizational climate and teaching performance, which highlights the management skills to improve the organizational climate along with the theories and scientific experiments to do so. The third and fourth parts summarize with the foray into outdoor classrooms as a teaching modality and method through the psycho-pedagogical foundations of outdoor classrooms and Distance learning and information and communication technologies. Each of the mentioned parts is paved with a more empirical case study in search of concrete findings and demonstrations, thus going beyond the purpose of reflections, to become suggestions and proposals for practical application, of real solutions.
