This study documents an important phenomenon that has marked the economy of the coastal populations and analyses some less explored constructive aspects (typologies, choice of materials, ways of assembling components, devices, maintenance procedures, adaptation to new uses, etc.). The volume gathers the results of a vast research conducted by the University of Florence (Department of Architecture). Finally, an agreement between the PNLS and the main partners was signed to sanction the redistribution of the ZS to the support partners. A number of lessons were learned from this process, including the leadership of the NACP, which was the driving force behind it, the support of the partners who adhered to the NACP's vision, the establishment of a framework for partner consultation on the NACP and, finally, the anticipation of implementation problems. This is of interest to criminal investigation officers because of the clues that can be drawn from their investigations. As part of the fight against crime, judicial police officers issue requisitions to operators in order to obtain information that can help in investigations. Unfortunately, this process is carried out manually through administrative correspondence, which has many drawbacks, including slowness and security breaches. In this context, the actors involved in this process are entitled to ask themselves whether this process can be automated and made more secure. Methodology… and Results: We selected two types of samples from the leaching solution: pulp filtrate and pulp. Each sample was plated on thioglycholate resazurin medium and subcultured on blood agar under anaerobic conditions. Neither of the two bacteria of interest grew in the pulp filtrate while Thiobacillus ferrooxidans was isolated from the pulp solid. The influence of temperature and pH of 1.5 in the core of the slag heap varied as a result of microbial heat activity, as well as the energy sources for microbial growth which were favorable to the development of Thiobacillus and unfavorable to the development of Leptospirillum which grows only on Fe2+ and at a very acidic pH, less than 1, in the leaching of copper ores. 64 pp. Englisch.
