Soft cover. Condición: Very Good. Blue flexible cloth covers with paper title label to front cover, 5-1/8" x 4-1/8". (Google Translation reads: "Printed by the Chennai Sathyaveda Sangam" under the sub-title.) Toning to pages, light wear, but a nice copy. Ownership inscription of Mrs. Sarah Lovett. Although the first translations… of the Bible into Tamil date to 1715, the middle of the 19th century saw renewed efforts. This small book would have been used for missionary efforts rather than for scriptural studies.
